Biography
I am a pediatric and adult congenital cardiologist with subspecialty training in interventional cardiology and electrophysiology. I completed a Ph.D. in neuroscience and worked at the National Institutes of Health for 4 years. I have a wide array of research interests, mostly stemming from cardiology.
I am passionate about research because it spices up the life of a physician. Biomedical research and innovation stimulates a different perspective of our professional curiosity and intellect. It is crucial for the continued improvement of medicine and groundbreaking discoveries in science, and it directly benefits our immediate and large community by improving the well-being and health of our population.
